- By commissioning me, you are agreeing to these terms. Terms are subject to change.

- I have the right to deny a commission for any reason without question.

- I retain full rights to my art and can post it to the internet via social media, portfolios, etc.

- If posting my art to a social media, credit the art piece to @Videonasties on Toyhou.se. Do not post my art without credit. You may use my art as icons, banners, etc with credit.

- I do NOT permit the use of my art to feed AI art or NFTs, or anything related. If found, I will block you and refuse buisness with you in the future.

- You may contact me any time about the progress of your commission, via my Trello or contact me via toyhouse (Videonasties) or email (baph0mets@protonmail.com)

- I do not do deadlines at this time.

- I am okay with working with NSFW refs and images, however let me know beforehand.

PAYMENT

- Payment via Paypal Only, or through Ko-Fi.

- Payment must be upfront. Refunds are only applicable if I (the artist) has not finished the art past the sketch phase (or I am unable to finish your commission for any reason). Past the sketch phase I will only refund 50%.

- I strongly prefer payments and commissions be requested with people over 18.

PERMISSIONS & USAGE

- If the art you commissioned is going to be used for commerical purposes (ie a stream avatar, used in banners for your brand, etc), you MUST discuss with me first, and I will add a commerical fee onto your commission price. Printing stickers for personal use (ie being spread in conventions and for personal use and not selling the stickers) does not apply to this term.
